<p><strong>Why is self-love so hard to prioritize?</strong></p>



<p>Because nobody teaches us how. We&#8217;re taught to be kind to others, to work hard, to keep going — but rarely to sit with ourselves and say, <em>I am enough, right now, exactly as I am.</em></p>



<p>Self-love is a practice, not a personality trait. <p>Your self-love journey is deeply connected to your mindset. It&#8217;s essential to dedicate time to uncovering the negative and limiting beliefs that have quietly been running the show.</p>



<p>A limiting belief is a thought pattern that keeps you small — and the sneaky thing is, they don&#8217;t feel like beliefs. They feel like facts. Common ones include:</p>
